Has your life been a little darker and a little less interesting without Kellogg's Minecraft Creeper Crunch? Have you been patiently waiting for something new and equally sweet to fill your mornings? Well, wait no more. Mojang Studios and Kellogg's are teaming up once again, and the result is a new breakfast cereal.

To be more specific, an existing breakfast cereal is getting the Minecraft treatment. Kellogg's Frosted Flakes, a perennial giant of breakfast cereals, is being lavished with Creeper-colored cube-shaped marshmallows as part of a new series of limited-edition cereals. It's likely to hit stores near you soon, the innovative cereal does not possess the explosive qualities of the Creepers that inspired it, unless you count the explosion of taste and crunch in every bite.

Okay, I'll remind you a little. However, Kellogg's Minecraft Creeper marshmallow Frosted Flakes are official, and see Tony the Tiger with gaming headphones and a striking green box. To further differentiate the cereal from being simply "frosted flakes with marshmallows," each promotional cereal box will also include a code for 350 Minecoins, redeemable on the Minecraft Marketplace for endless game content like skins, texture packs, worlds, adventures, and more.

Kellogg's informed interested players that only three codes can be redeemed per player, so keep that in mind if you plan to stock up on breakfast cereals. It's unclear how long this limited-edition cereal will be available, but I can attest that I couldn't find it anywhere. Hopefully, the Minecraft-infused Frosted Flakes will stick around for a while.

In other Minecraft food-related news, the official Minecraft recipe book is now available, with over 40 different recipes contained within. With these Minecraft cereals, you can now eat like Steve three meals a day, if you want to. As for the games, one of the best Xbox games continues to test new features and changes for its upcoming major content update. The latest version of the Minecraft Preview is packed with exciting improvements for players to try out.
